What happens when I contact Mobility for You?
If you have found the equipment that you’re looking for – that’s great. If you’re not sure and need some advice in choosing the right equipment for your needs, please contact us to chat through your options.
- Chat – We’ll have a quick chat to discuss your requirements over the phone and make some recommendations based on the information
- Demonstrate* – For most wheelchairs and powerchairs, we’ll make arrangements for a visit, if required. This gives you an opportunity to see a demonstration of the equipment before you make an informed decision.
- Assess – We will fully assess your measurements and requirements so that the equipment can be tailored to your exact needs.
- Specify – We will then arrange for the equipment to be assembled and delivered to our showroom where we will further customise to your specification.
- Delivery – After we carry out a meticulous pre-delivery inspection, we will arrange a time to visit to arrange delivery of your equipment.
