The WheelDrive 2.0 is a unique power add on wheel, with dual rim technology. A combination of power assistance and continuous push wheel drive.

The outer rim delivers extra power to every push. – offering speeds of up to 15km/h. With less effort required per push, you‘ll enjoy longer journeys.

The inner rim provides consistent power, offering speeds of up to 6km/h; allowing you the choice between propelling or consistent drive for those up hills.

Easy to fit on almost any wheelchair – without any additional parts or changes to your wheelchair.

Intuitive – It’s just like regular self-propelling.

DUAL RIM
TECHNOLOGY

You can naturally switch between both rims, so you‘ll always get the support required. Its unique design means the WheelDrive 2.0 offers two drive rims to overcome the challenges of fatigue throughout the day.

ASSIST Rim
Traditional power assist rim which provides extra assistance when pushing. This means you can go further and faster per push – reducing strain on your body and leaving you with energy for your day. The outer rim offers speeds of up to 15km/h.

DRIVE Rim
Unique to the WheelDrive, the inner rim produces a continuous drive option for when you‘re feeling tired of pushing. This allows you to reserve your energy for the day ahead. The inner rim offers speeds of up to 6km/h.

INTUITIVE TO USE

FUNCTIONAL BUTTONS
With an easily accessible power button, you can simply switch the system on and off and set your driving profile with three different speeds.

ROLL BACK STOP
When propelling up a hill with the outer rim, the WheelDrive 2.0 enables a roll back stop. The roll back stop allows you to position your hands for the next push without rolling back; which will improve comfort and safety when traveling uphill.

DOWNHILL SPEED LIMITER
The WheelDrive 2.0 provides a top speed cut out. When travelling down a hill, the WheelDrive keeps a consistent speed which keeps you in control – with the inner rim limited to 6 km/h and the outer rim limited to 15 km/h. This feature maintains your safety and confidence in downhill driving.

The control, functionality and looks of a manual wheelchair combined with leading power assist and drive technology. With the WheelDrive 2.0, you get the best of both worlds. Go further – and enjoy an effortless ride!

// EASY TRANSPORT & AIR TRAVEL
The WheelDrive 2.0 can be quickly removed from your wheelchair for easy transportion. The WheelDrive also fulfils IATA requirements and may be carried as checked baggage. (Remove batteries before transport.)

// SMART BATTERY TECHNOLOGY
The WheelDrive 2.0 is powered by two easily detachable lightweight batteries which deliver exceptional performance. These batteries can be fully charged in two hours. WheelDrive’s detachable lightweight batteries allow the user to propel the WheelDrive manually, while the batteries are charging.

// FITS ON ALMOST ANY WHEELCHAIR
The WheelDrive 2.0 can be easily mounted on virtually any lightweight or standard wheelchair, without any additional parts or changes to the chair.

// SAFETY DURING TRANSPORT
This product has been successfully crash tested and fulfils the performance requirements for ISO 7176-19.
