Originally posted in the Hereford Times – A flashmob of more than 40 people with disabilities entertained shoppers in Hereford city centre yesterday while raising money.

The group, led by local wheelchair fitness expert Kris Saunders-Stowe, performed an energetic routine to dance classics.

Mr Saunders-Stowe is taking part in the 2016 London Marathon for Scope, a charity which provides support, information and advice to disabled people and their families, and organised the flashmob as part of his fundraising efforts.

He is hoping to raise £4,000. It is the second time the fitness instructor, who uses a wheelchair, has taken on the iconic 26.2 mile course.
