The Q400 M delivers a smooth, responsive and comfortable ride, all in the NEW updated chassis, providing a compact chair for indoor driving while offering great outdoor performance.

The Sedeo Lite seating system features a wide range of adjustments, all of which are quick and easy to make. With the ability to adjust to narrower and wider dimensions than ever before and with a multitude of options including JAY cushions and backs, Whitmyer headrests and Switch-IT special controls, the Q400 M offers a solution for all.

The new QUICKIE Q400 M base balances superb indoor manoeuvrability with outstanding outdoor performance. Its powerful motors combined with 6 wheel suspension and QUICKIE’s anti-pitch technology ensure you have the most comfortable and safe driving experience.

SUPERB INDOOR MANOEUVRABILITY
Enjoy fantastic manoeuvrability from the mid-wheel drive technology with the ability to turn on its own axis, the Q400 M provides a compact turning circle of 112 cm making it easier than ever to get out of those tricky spots. With a 61 cm base width, navigating through tight doorways, hallways and cafés will be a breeze.

NEXT GENERATION SUSPENSION
The Q400 M boasts a new generation of suspension providing a responsive, smooth and comfortable ride. With the six wheel suspension it provides a soft and cushioned ride over even rough terrain and cambers.

Kerb climb up to 700 mm and have the best traction, even when ascending gradients of up to 80.

ANTI-PITCH TECHNOLOGY
QUICKIE‘s anti-pitch technology eliminates pitching when decelerating, meaning you are always safe and in control. With all your weight located directly above the drive wheel to maximise traction and stability, you‘ve never been in a safer driving position.

ENJOY YOUR TIME OUTSIDE
With reliable 2-pole motors powering speeds of 6 and 10 kph and a choice of 50, 60 or 80 Ah batteries to maximise your range, you can always enjoy your time outside with the Q400 M.

SEDEO LITE

The SEDEO LITE seating system combines an adjustable and configurable seating frame with the broadest choice of support and positioning options. Through the wide range of options available, the SEDEO LITE seating is designed to be individually tailored to your needs.

QUICK & EASY TO ADJUST
All adjustments to the SEDEO LITE can be done in a very quick and easy way thanks to its self-explanatory scales, and using just one tool. It can be easily customised to suit individual requirements and quickly adapted should your needs change.

MULTI-ADJUSTABLE SEATING

SLING BACK WITH OPTIONAL COMFORT CUSHIONS
The SEDEO LITE offers height adjustable, breathable and comfortable sling backs with adjustable straps as standard. Integrated on the prescription form are NEW Sedeo Lite back cushions which offer a high level of comfort and lateral support.

JAY cushions and backs are also on the prescription form for simple ordering for clients who require a greater level of support and positioning.

16” SEAT TO FLOOR HEIGHT
With the SEDEO LITE we are able to achieve a low seat height of 415 mm with tilt or 425 mm with a lift and tilt, making accessing Wheelchair Adapted Vehicles and driving under a surface easier than ever.

SEAT RAIL TECHNOLOGY
The SEDEO LITE always comes with a seat rail making it easier, quicker and more precise than ever when mounting belts, harnesses, knee guides and hip guides. Simply attach to the rail and slide to exactly where you need them.

UNIVERSAL HEADREST
The SEDEO LITE utilises the same headrest stem as the entire range, making it easier than ever to fit the headrest that is just right for you.

FLIP BACK ARMRESTS
The easy to operate flip back armrest gives you free transfer space. You can choose from a removable or reclining version. Also available: single post removable armrest.

POSITIONING OPTIONS

A wide range of WHITMYER headrests and JAY cushions and backs are available with the SEDEO LITE seating systems to meet everyone’s clinical needs and ensure we offer the best seating possible.

WHITMYER HEADRESTS
Created to address a range of user needs from basic support to multiple-point control. WHITMYER headrests come in a variety of pad shapes and sizes for superior head positioning and comfort.

JAY CUSHIONS & BACKS
Designed for pelvic stability, skin protection and comfort, JAY cushions and backs are low maintenance, highly customisable and are available in a large variety to meet your needs.

CONTROLS & CONNECTIVITY

VR2 & R-NET
ADVANCED JOYSTICK

Every Q400M comes with a choice of VR2 control and R-Net joysticks depending on your requirements. The R-Net boasts the option of the LCD advanced joystick, which offers a large, easy-to-read HD display and simple to control paddle switches allow for intuitive operation.

CONNECT
Seamlessly take control of your environment using the integrated Infrared functionality. Control your home entertainment system, TVs, DVDs, docking stations and other home entertainment systems simply through your joystick.

BLUETOOTH & IDRIVE
Control your phone, computer, tablet and any other Bluetooth and i-devices with this useful optional extra. Connect and control up to four devices.

QUICKIE’S PATENTED ASSIGNABLE BUTTONS
Change the function on any button on your joystick to any command you desire, thanks to QUICKIE’s patented assignable buttons. You can also assign a second (long press) function to buttons, giving you quicker, simpler and smoother access to functions you commonly use, without having to use your joystick.

SWITCH-IT
INNOVATIVE CONTROLS

Conveniently access your 5 programmable positions with the Ctrl+5. It allows you to go straight to the function you need at the touch of a button.

SPECIAL CONTROLS
If driving with a traditional joystick isn’t possible for you, we have an expansive range of alternative drive controls which can be tailored and fitted to work best for you. Allowing you to fully experience your chair’s driving capabilities and benefits.

LINK-IT
MOUNTING SYSTEM

Need to use additional switches or special controls? No problem, easily connect them using the universal Link-It Mounting System.

By using a combination of available modules and rods, you can create an endless number of combinations to accommodate what you need. Not only is it easy to position, Link-It also ensures the minimalistic, clean design of your wheelchair isn’t compromised by additional controls. So whether it’s an extra controller on the armrest, a push button on the backrest or a switch on the headrest, just link it.
