Equipment to help your child grow, explore, and be understood

At Caudwell Children, we provide a wide range of specialist mobility and sensory equipment tailored for disabled and neurodivergent children and young people.
Powered Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs do more than help children and young people get around, they give them the freedom to go where they want, build confidence, and take part in everyday life.
Powered wheelchairs offer even more independence, allowing children to move on their own, whether that means rising to eye-level to join in or reclining for greater comfort and flexibility.

Buggies
Standard buggies aren’t always suitable for disabled and neurodivergent children, they can be uncomfortable, unsafe, or limit a child’s ability to enjoy the world around them. That’s why we fund specialist buggies that give children the support they need to get outdoors, explore with comfort, and enjoy the same freedom as any other child.
Eligibility Criteria
We’re here to help as many families as possible, but our funding is currently only available to those who meet the following criteria:
- The child is under the age of 19.
- They have a disability or chronic illness.
- They live in the UK.
- Your household income is below £60,000 (not including benefits), or you receive means-tested benefits, and savings less than £16,000.
